Additional Details:

Incumbents must pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and possess and maintain the Series 6 license.

May be required to work irregular hours including some extended hours. Overnight travel will be required on an occasional basis. Must maintain a valid license to lawfully operate vehicles as directed/requested by State Farm. Will be required to complete company-sponsored training and education courses where applicable and remain current on industry related trends and issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partners with all levels of leadership to provide updates on progress and support for the transition of the agent interns who successfully completes the AILP to Term Independent-Contractor Agents.

Plans, organizes and executes work within assigned area and is an accountable for meeting established goals and targets for high-priority initiatives

Contributes to a work environment conducive to employee motivation, teamwork, superior customer service, quality, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and productivity

We Are Looking for Candidates With

• Prior insurance agency experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the State Farm Agency distribution system, various agency contracts, State Farm products and services preferred
• Full knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong ability to coach others
• The aptitude to learn new systems and processes
• A passion to work with others one-on-one and in group settings
• The initiative to independently accomplish goals and produce results
• The ability to handle multiple priorities/projects
