Overview:

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:

• Candidate will collaborate with technicians and managers to develop, communicate and coordinate overall Agile Technique Coaching and Mentoring strategy.
• Candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications, with specific knowledge and experience in writing USMC, ITSM and ITIL documents.
• Candidate will be proficient in SharePoint application and data entry/data management to include:
  • INTELINK
• Proficiency with JIRA tool
• Candidate will develop and deliver team and organization training materials and workshops, building knowledge and skills to facilitate an Agile transformation.
• Candidate will establish and support communities of practices to promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help individuals develop into them.
• Candidate will coach and mentor small teams consisting of Agile Novices, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Managers and Executives on Agile values and principles to promote continuous improvement in practices and artifacts.
• Candidate will champion cultural change and collaborate with other Coaches on plans and techniques for accelerating and advancing organizational transformation.
• Candidate will mentor teams, leading them to be self-directed with strong accountability, decision making, conflict resolution and transparency.

Required skills and experience include:

• SECRET Clearance
• Confident communication skills to coordinate multi-project input supporting IPT budget, charter, and vision.
• Certified Agile Coach
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or applicable concentration.
• Experience: Ten (6) years of Agile experience, to include: Coaching, Facilitating, Counselling, Teaching, Mentoring and Partnering. Two (2) years of work experience shall be within DoD. Note: Experience may be concurrent.

• Certified Agile Coach
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Fifteen (10) years of experience to include: Coaching, Facilitating, Counselling, Teaching, Mentoring and Partnering. Six (6) years of work experience shall be within DoD. Note: Experience may be concurrent.
