Anticipated Special Education Teacher – Hunterdon Central Regional High School – Flemington, NJ
Special Education Teacher to teach high school students.
Requirements:
- Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certificate.
- Previous experience with High School students preferred
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Employ evidence-based problem-solving and team collaborative skills in an academic setting
- Employ evidence-based classroom management strategies and techniques
- Use and integrate technology in the classroom setting and curriculum
- Integrate alternative and augmentative communication strategies into instruction
- Work collaboratively with the Child Study Team to develop comprehensive and effective instruction for students with disabilities
