We are seeking enthusiastic Head and Assistant Dive Coaches to join our West team with an emphasis on safety, improving skills, good sportsmanship and FUN!
Dive Coach Responsibilities:
Conducts structured and organized daily practices, dive meets, and works with other coaches and parents for a successful and fun season for children ages 5-18 years old.
Conducting practice 4-6 hours M-F and working Saturday morning dive meets.
Provides a safe aquatic environment for members and their guests.
Other duties as assigned.
Dive Coach Qualifications:
Excellent guest service skills
Previous competitive swimming or diving and coaching experience is preferred
