JOB SUMMARY
The Instructional Coach is a critical lever in improving student achievement. The role of the coach is to build teacher capacity and their understanding of high yielding instructional practices. An instructional coach is a learner who models continuous improvement, lifelong learning, and goes above and beyond to ensure student success. The instructional coach work collaboratively as a team with the Chief Academic Officer, principals, and building leadership team. Instructional coaches will promote reflection, provide guidance and structure where needed, and aid in the alignment of instruction with curriculum standards and assessment tools under the direction of the Chief Academic Officer and Principal.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret
various documents, and journals as they relate to the education of
a student and the development of a teacher. Be able to communicate
related information about curriculum and instruction
