PreK Teacher – Diocese of Arlington Catholic Schools – Falls Church, VA
St. Anthony of Padua School in Falls Church, Virginia, is
looking for preschool teachers for our expanding preschool program
for 3 and 4-year-olds. The positions are 10 months and full-time.
The ideal candidates should have a college degree in education or a
related field and either possess or will obtain within 3 years a
CDA, VCEA or Virginia teaching license.Job Responsibilities and
Duties- Create lesson plans and follow curriculum guidelines-
Ensure the wellbeing of the class- communicate with parents on
daily/weekly/monthly activities- work as a team with the assistant
teacher- create newslettersJob Qualifications- Must be able to pass
nationwide background/ fingerprint check- Must have or obtain first
aid and CPR certification- Grasp of best early childhood practices-
Knowledge of early childhood milestones- Willing to obtain diocesan
religion certification within 2 years of hireSubmit a cover letter
and resume.
