Principle Funding Group is looking for a dynamic real estate coach to join our growing team!

Job purpose

The Real Estate Coach will conduct scheduled thirty- or sixty-minute educational calls with customers to discuss wholesale and real estate rehabilitation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Strong presentation skills

Role Responsibilities

• Schedules and attends coaching sessions via telephone
• Educates customers about real estate, wholesale, and property rehabilitation
• Answers questions and addresses customer concerns
• Motivates and mentors customers throughout each session
• Leaves a positive impact that will energize customers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in real estate including property flipping and wholesale
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous coaching or training experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /hour
