Spanish Bilingual Social Studies Teacher – Oregon City School District 62 – Oregon City, OR

Special Requirements: (Certification, training, specialty skills or previous experience)

1. Valid Oregon teaching license appropriate to the assignment, with social studies required.

2. Must be fluent in Spanish.
3. Knowledge of social/emotional needs of middle school students, and ability to work well with students and peers.

4. Use of a variety of learning and instructional models.

5. Interest in being involved with the total school community.

6. Knowledge of and experience with technology, and with alternative assessment strategies.

7. Personal attributes: Possession of a good sense of humor, willingness to work hard, demonstrated rapport with students, high energy level, and possession of sound organizational skills and practices.
