Qualifications:
High school basketball playing & coaching experience
preferred;
Sound knowledge of offensive and defensive strategies and coaching
methods;
Ability to instruct and lead student athletes in the fundamental
skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for individual
and team success;
Knowledge and ability to develop a plan for off-season
conditioning;
Knowledge of MHSAA rules and standards;
Ability to guide a cohesive high school coaching staff;
Knowledge of and use of a variety of motivational techniques and
serve as an appropriate role model for student athletes through
instructions and actions;
High level of communication skills and ability to relate positively
with students, parents, community, and school personnel;
Compensation/Working Conditions:
Per Master Agreement
